Hope spreads in Konkourona!

KAFO President, Dr. Jules Millogo, traveled to Konkourona for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began to meet with leaders of the village association, Mami Siara Na, and evaluate the progress that has been made over the past 3 years. This news segment (in French) was filmed during a celebration of gratitude and hope held on Sunday, September 11th in Konkourona, Burkina Faso.

Dr. Millogo thanked supporters from all over the world for their help in transforming the remote village in another video (in English) created by Good Deeds Day representatives.

There is such great partnership among Mami Siara Na, KAFO, the Ministry of Health, the Department of Education, the Department of Forestry, the engineer, family, friends, and so many others.

I am eagerly waiting for many more pictures, videos and stories from the past two weeks and promise to schedule in person and virtual events to share them with you!

Until then, I hope you enjoy this glimpse into life in Konkourona today!
